On March 22, Prime Minister Scott Morrison recommended the cancellation of all non-essential domestic travel to help slow the spread of COVID-19. The State Government has announced the closure of non-essential businesses which include pubs, clubs, nightclubs, Crown Casino, and licensed venues in hotels and pubs. It also includes gyms, indoor sporting venues, places of worship, cinemas and entertainment venues.

This closure does not affect holiday accommodation, and there is no direction yet that you cannot stay, and all non-essential travel should be avoided.

Guests may prefer to change their plans for their upcoming stay, and we understand each guest will be different and coming from different areas.

For changes to any guests stay, we are saying that their will be no financial charge or burden on any guest for booking alterations.

We appreciate that you know we and other tourism hospitality businesses have been doing it tough since the bushfires and the fact you continue to support us is much appreciated.

Reservations with a check in date less than 30 days away

We will not take any BALANCE payments for any stays until we talk to you by phone and you agree.

Reservations less than 30 days in advance that wish to cancel their stay due to the government advice, will be provided with a GIFT VOUCHER. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. We can also just simply move your booking to a future date. We ask only if you do this that should you need to change again you give us plenty of notice.

Reservations more than 30 days away.

Booking can be made to reserve dates and we will not take any payment until your booking falls within 30 days as long as it is still allowed to travel. We will review this daily as things change daily.
AT ANY STAGE if the government puts in travel restrictions on our business, ALL bookings for the period of the travel ban will be cancelled and a credit voucher issued.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

Our priority at this time is to ensure the safety and health of our staff, housekeepers, all contractors and especially you, our guests.

Our small team of carers are acutely aware of the current requirements of The Chief Health Officer and are undertaking the below measures and procedures to ensure that the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained here at the office as well as at the property.

We are implementing 24 hours as a minimum standard in between guest stays/changeovers to ensure we will have more than adequate time to clean the villa for your stay.

We will be

Continuing our check-ins with out face to face contact by means of issuing you a pin code to get into your villa.

• Disinfecting all surfaces including all door handles, faucets, appliances, light switches, TV remotes, kitchen surfaces, bedside tables, keys, etc.
• Bed sheets are laundered to hospital-grade standard.
• Couches, beds and other soft furnishings are being strayed with a disinfectant spray

Your commitment to our area

With the government issuing its directives regarding social distancing we ask that as much as possible you can supply your own food or use the numerous businesses in town that are offering a pickup service. We can help here should you need.

The good thing about our area is there is space. Space to get out and explore and keep you distance or just laze around in the beautiful surrounds of your villa

As per the advice from government, practising social distancing is required. Always remain at least 1.5m from other people.
